Holiday .. Game over!
April 15th, 2007
Hello dear friends,
Well, I guess from the title u'd know that this is the end of my holiday here. It was enjoyable for me in many aspects. It was a chance for me to meet my family again and spend quality time with my family. It was a good chance to reunion with some old friends that I haven't been in touch for a very very long time.
This holiday was an eye opener for me in many ways. Firstly,it was a chance for me to measure the changes that occured to my personality and lifestyle and to my surprise they were plenty! For instance, I've been more outgoing ,, less being loner ,, taken more responsibility ,, and a lot of things ,, but i don't wanna make the list so damn long.
I also had this idea to live away after graduation for few years (or maybe forever) in UK and I've been saving money for a long time to do that. However, when I came back here all these "living-abroad" plans simply blew away. I realised that I won't be able to start a real life (not a student one!) in any other place away from Bahrain, hence I am sure I will return as soon as I finish my studies. My real life is here! not in UK!
I have lots and lots of things to say, but it'll be a very long post and too boring to read. Maybe I'll post some more tomorrow.
The last thing is that I need your suggestions. I want to buy some presents for my friends back there and I am still not sure what to get them. I need at least 10-12 presents. So they ought be small so there could be enough space for my items I need these presents to be nice and represent Bahrain. I went to Ramez and lifestyle yesterday hoping that I might find something with these specifications, but I didn't manage to find anything. I'll be grateful if you suggest me some ideas coz I'm kind of desperate on places to look and which presents to buy and time is passing by quickly.
Again I am very happy and pleased that I've returned back during the holiday to Bahrain, as this holiday helped me to strengthen my friendship with many of you dear bloggers and made me feel being appreciated for who I am and what I write in my blog. It is now time to pray and get ready for the final F1 race =)
Thank you very much in advance for your suggestions
Best wishes,
Tito

Thank you Sweeety, Thank you G for the suggestions. Well, What I’ve did is go to Bab Al-Bahrain yesterday where I found some souvenir shops which had some nice collection but the problem that they were so expensive that I couldn’t buy much except for some post cards, key chains and emblems. Then I went to buy some Rahash, Mattai, dates to show these europeans and chinese some of the traditional food we like to have between meals =D . I hope they like it.
